Experience I have and how I got started?:
Lifetime of watching my dad as a builder, 5 years “on the tools”.
7 years real estate salesperson.
7 years automotive industry.
I got started scaling this business by believing in myself that I could. I then took the actions I needed to take to get here and continually learn and evolve every day to make sure it works!
What you like to do outside of work hours?:
I don’t have out of work hours. 😊
Being a husband and a dad is my blessing.
Also working on myself to become the most authentic version of myself.
What you don't like?: Ignorance coupled with a closed mind.
Something funny about you that no one knows?: I secretly don’t like AFL.

Years of experience?: 41yrs
What experience I have and how I got started?: First job renovating a 200-year-old pub in Serbia at the age of 22.
Any Licensing/Accreditations/Memberships?: Cert 4 in retail, cake and pastry chef, hotel and restaurant management. Cinema pioneer 20years in the cinema business.
What you like to do out of work hours?: Family friends, fishing, travelling
What you don't like?: Work nothing to do, movies that you have to over think, sharks that don’t stay on their side of the water.
Something funny about You that no one knows?: Would’nt be a secret anymore if I told you, I played the accordion when I was a kid. I worked for KFC for half a day, loved it, Haha
Why you do what you do?: Enjoy bringing smiles to peoples faces when the jobs complete. Love the challenges of getting the out of the ordinary jobs done

Peter Taylor - Sales Manager
Your Role/Title in the business?: Sales Manager
Years of experience?: 10 Years
What experience I have and how I got started?: 10 years at Stratco as a Store Manager and Sales Development Manager. Previously a Bricklayer and St Vinnies volunteer
Any Licensing/Accreditations/Memberships?: Dual Dilpoma Business Management, Certificate 4 WHS and multiple internal sales training and product training via Stratco
What you like to do out of work hours?: Working on my farm, spending time with my beautiful family, outdoor activities and Sudoku.
What you don't like?: Snakes and working on the farm on 35 degree plus days with flies!!!
Something funny about you that no one knows?: I have been hit by a car twice in my life and I don’t trust Roosters.
Why you do what you do?: As a personal point I don’t like seeing people being taken advantage of and not having the help they need for their projects.

Lucy Keogh - Office Manager & EA to the Director
Meet Lucy, our incredible Office Manager & EA to the Director at Orizon Homes!
Lucy is the backbone of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
From managing accounts to coordinating admin tasks with precision, she keeps us organized and on track every single day.
She's not just an admin superstar, she's the glitter glue that holds everything together, making sure our projects and client experiences are seamless.
Your Role/Title in the business?: Office Manager & EA to the Director
What experience I have and how I got started?: I've spent my entire working life in customer facing positions, everything from being a nanny/housekeeper to bakery assistant, Centre Manager of a residential Outdoor Education Centre in the UK, Retail Manager for Swatch, Wittner Shoes & Karl Chehade Dry Cleaners.
All of that has led me to this entirely new industry, but given the perfect grounding for all the many facets of the business that I am involved in.
What you don't like?: Brussell Sprouts
What you like to do out of work hours?: Being my kids personal Uber, sharing food & fun with family and friends, reading, music, dancing, creating sparkly things!
Something funny about You that no one knows?: I learnt to play 5 instruments & sang while at high school
Why you do what you do?: I have always loved helping people no matter what the environment, so working in this incredible team that is client experience focused is amazing. I'm very very lucky to work with people who feel as more like friends & family than just the people I work with.

Founder and Owner of Orizon Homes and You Sell Trade Academy, Pantelis guides all trades people and apprentices in their third and fourth years to focus on business acumen, sales, branding, and personal development.
From a professional background in Real Estate, Automotive, and Construction industries, his skills have contributed to prominent companies such as Toop & Toop, Porsche, and BMW to name a few.
Pantelis is an avid enthusiast of Milwaukee tools, and as a father, husband, and entrepreneur, his passion for the outdoors provides him with the necessary balance to manage daily responsibilities efficiently.

6. Defects & Rectification

7. Aftercare & Support
We remain available for advice, support, and follow-up after your project is complete.

Warranty Periods
Workmanship Guarantee: 1 year from project completion.
Product Warranties: As per manufacturer specifications (e.g., Stratco Outback® warranties).
Paint, Fixtures, and Fittings: Covered as per supplier terms.
